Or, you f61 just try one of the others that is for Win8 and again edit the INF to add your hardware ID, and see if it works. Have you phoned Lenovo for support? So you say that there are no drivers on the IBM support site that work for clearing the device manager?
It’s because of Ubuntu. Lenovo is committed to environmental leadership from operations to product design and debice solutions. While checking that entry, i am not able to get exact which driver is missing.

My OS is Windows 8. I’m not exactly sure what drivers I need to install for these generic things.
I can’t guarantee it will work for you with Win8. Those are “Base System Device”. Is there a “Type”?
